Bet Types
Betting Options at qr88
New and experienced players have different needs. qr88 provides various bet formats — from a simple single-market bet to complex combinations — so every player can bet according to their own style and confidence level.
Pick the winning team, a draw or a loss. The most basic format and suitable for beginners who are new to sports betting.
The stronger team is given a negative advantage to balance the odds. This format is popular in Malaysia as it offers better betting value on uneven matches.
Predict whether the total goals in a match will be more or less than the set limit. No need to pick a winner — analysing attacking patterns is enough.
Combine two to 12 selections in one ticket for multiplied higher odds. All selections must be correct to win — higher risk but greater potential returns.
Place bets while the match is in progress with odds that change according to real-time game conditions. Current score, red cards and team momentum all affect the odds.
Predict the exact final score of a match. Odds are much higher but require in-depth analysis of both teams' scoring patterns.
Competitive Odds
Real-Time Odds Display
Odds at qr88 are calculated using an automated system that combines global market data with the latest performance analysis. Odds are displayed in Asian format commonly used by Malaysian players — a positive number means profit per RM100 staked, a negative number means the amount that needs to be staked to win RM100.
- Odds updated every few seconds while a match is in progress
- Display in Ringgit Malaysia for easy calculation
- Minimum bet as low as RM1 on certain markets
- Odds format options: Asian, European (Decimal) and Hong Kong
- Match results processed automatically without delay
* Odds are for illustration purposes only — actual odds change according to real-time markets.

Player Guide
Responsible Sports Betting Tips
Good sports betting is not just about picking your favourite team. It requires discipline, smart account management and an understanding of how odds are calculated. Here is a brief guide for qr88 players who want to make more informed betting decisions.
- Analyse head-to-head records — previous results between two teams can reveal useful winning patterns.
- Check player condition — injuries, suspensions and changes to the starting lineup can significantly shift the odds.
- Home advantage factor — teams playing on their own ground generally perform better, especially in the Malaysia Super League.
- Set a daily limit — qr88 encourages players to set a daily betting limit to keep gambling as entertainment.
- Avoid chasing losses — increasing your bet amount after a loss to "win back" what you lost is a high-risk habit.
